Angela Johnson
Angela Johnson creates directional, women's apparel sold throughout Arizona, New York, and Los Angeles. She is also the founder of Arizona's Fashion Directory and resource guide, Arizona Fashion Foundation / LabelHorde Fashion.
She has over 10 years experience in design and production which started at The Beastie Boys' and Sonic Youth's, X-Large Clothing and X-Girl respectively, and eventually led to the creation of her own line, monkeywench, a girl's street wear line which she shared with Days of Our Lives actress, Christy Clark.
Today, Angela designs under her own name and has since received The Scottsdale Cultural Council's ARTIST OF THE YEAR award and Fashion Group International's "RISING STAR" award. Angela creates one-of-a-kinds, custom designs and limited edition runs of fashion forward apparel.
