This is part of a series of drawings I did of knots this summer while I was in Berlin. The sailor’s knot is one of the strongest knots.

American Apparel 100% cotton. Fine Jersey T for Men is made with super soft combed cotton and has a tailored fit. Machine washable.

All images are printed using the discharge technique, a stinky chemical process (wash before wear) that removes the dye from the fabric. There is no ink, no texture, just the image bleached into the fabric. A soft print with an organic feeling whose quality will never decline with wash or wear.
