Metal Sugar Designs is Melissa Cohen, a Brooklyn-based jewelry designer recently hailing from Atlanta, Georgia.
Her jewelry is pretty darn sweet and meticulously handcrafted. She works mainly with sterling silver, but loves to use gold, copper, brass, resin, plastic, and other mediums in her work.
Melissa's style is unique in that she draws inspiration from her loves in life: animals, Japanese toys, food, simplistic design, and texture. This is very evident in her work. |
