Many items on Stars and Infinite Darkness are custom made by the designer at the time of your order. We make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that the shipping option you choose only applies only to the delivery method after the item is completed, it does not change the time necessary to create the items. Please note the availability information given for each item in each product description.

Stars and Infinite Darkness ships from New York City to the following countries:

Shipping Options

For delivery within United States:

• UPS Ground or First Class Mail: FREE for any orders over $99.00 ($8.00 for any orders under $99.00).
• UPS 3 Day: $15.00 per order
  
• UPS 2 Day: $30.00 per order
  
• UPS Next Day: $45.00 per order

For delivery within Canada:

• First Class Mail: FREE for any orders over $99.00 ($8.00 for any orders under $99.00).

For International deliveries:

• Priority Mail: $25.00 per order.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS Ground and 3-Day is not available to Hawaii or Alaska, so if you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please choose either First Class, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day. UPS Ground and First Class Mail transit time ranges between 2-7 business days.

For delivery outside of the US and Canada, Stars and Infinite Darkness only ships by Priority Mail. International packages shipped with Priority Mail will typically arrive in 6-10 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. All orders must be signed for upon receipt.

International Customs

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Stars and Infinite Darkness, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Shipping Confirmation

When your items are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Since some items are custom made at the time of the order, some items will be ready before others. Stars and Infinite Darkness may ship the individual item(s) to you as they are ready, however you will not be charged extra for multiple shipments.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Stars and Infinite Darkness, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Stars and Infinite Darkness. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
