Sohjo Handmade Clothes is a Finnish-Hungarian collaboration between Victoria Thompson and Andras Hari.
Since 1998, Sohjo has evolved into its current form of independent clothing label. It started off in East London/ UK as a small handmade accessory label, selling in shops like Urban Outfitters, Paul & Joe, Question Air and The Dispensary amongst many others.
Roughly translated, Sohjo means sleat or slush in Finnish, hence the crushed snowflake logo. Sohjo is mostly about graphic prints and simple cuts. We produce small runs of high quality, hand printed easy-to-wear clothes with a distinct look.
In 2005 we relocated to Helsinki, Finland where we currently have our own shop called Lux. Come and see our latest Sohjo range in Uudenmaankatu 26 ! |
